What? The IP address has nothing to do with the computer, but the internet connection. Many [most] people also have dynamic IP's. It might be enough to restart their internet connection to get a new IP.

DarMoeD - Dar-Moe-Dee -> Since it's really DMD the 'i' sound after the last 'D' must be said.
His nick isn't really DMD, it's really DarMoeD. Your pronounciation could be right anyway, I'm not sure.

About Ciph: I'd think it's somewhere between Cyph and Ciph.

I've never heard the name Elma before in Norway, but who knows? There are lots of strange names in the world. If someone can be called Hassan Isbil (Hassan 'Ice-cream van') I suppose Elma is possible.

I agree a bit with that. When the level is released, everyone are awfully enthusiastic and höyl constantly. This lasts for a couple of days. After that, less and less people play wcup, and on Thursday the world cup's been more or less forgotten. Towards the end of the week people start playing agai...
