If you're going to use textures as backgrounds, put the text on tables above on top of it. If you don't it will, like zworqy said, look messy. The green text looks a bit out of place there. Apart from that it's pretty good. It's also obvious that you don't hate green, the site is pretty green overal...

Well, I think that if you can send in a 1.20 total time with all levels completed you should be able to send a 1.20 total time without all levels completed as well. It doesn't make any difference, ten minutes are added to the total time, so you could say that people who haven't completed a level act...

Maybe it could be allowed only in the Replays and Times forum or something like that. It might come in handy for people who want to promote their levels or people who want to show their replays, and similar things.
If I could do it, and it wouldn't slow down the forum a lot, I'd go for it.

People play each other in pairs, just like in a regular league of any sport. You get x points for winning, 0<y<x points for a draw (that wouldn't happen very often) and 0 for losing.
There were probably more details, I don't remember right now. Ask EML like SveinR said.
