Belma not starting

Whenever I try to play Belma in online mode, it doesn't execute. Anyone know what's wrong?

For some reason, my resolution got changed. Thanks!

But now when I try to go online, I get a message that says "error : tcp connect." Anyone know what the deal with that is? I have a hunch that it has something to do with my router or something similar.

Alright, I got the "play offline" thing down, but I'm still having trouble. Whenever I run belma, it just runs regular Elma without going online or anything (either that, or I'm missing something). I turned off the firewall and everything, but I still can't figure it out. EDIT: Now I'm als...

Is there any type of GUI for Belma? I can't seem to figure it out.

EDIT: Also, I saw in the readme
readme wrote:There will be a short delay in startup,
especially if you don't select "skip FTP" in belmaServerConf.exe.
I didn't see that option in said program. Can anyone help me?
