I already had that update. Full reinstall and no difference

I hate to bump an old thread, but I have the same problem as the first post.

- I have port forwarded, no difference
- It appears in the task manager but doesn't start up
- I can play in offline mode
- I have the correct IP
- I have no firewall on

This is really bugging me. Any help?
