I have this problem named Elma

I have a problem that they call Elma, anyone heard of it?
The problem is that I usually can "play to forget". Kinda like a drug... but today this doesnÂ´t work, my mind canÂ´t focus on elma or calm down... therefore Elma becomes one big Problem. What should I do with it?... still, IÂ´m pretty sure I will sit and play all night... just Â´cause IÂ´m so pissed at ..something.. or sad or whatever you call it, and donÂ´t feel like doing anything... and that is at those moment I like to play Elma... but not TODAY....

Maybe I shall do the most borin glevel ever adn post it here on Mopolauta.......

I have a friend whoÂ´s been at an ashram... kinda like that you mean, donÂ´t get bothered by your thoughts, just accept the and let them be?

dunno what ashram is , but to not be bothered by thoughts is another teqnique (losing self importance), still very good .

anger and other bad feelings are natural of course , but often they make ppl think how they don't want the feeling (

self importance) , and that thinking makes them feel it a myriad of times worse , and much much longer than needed (it's like the world your mind creates fools u that u feel bad). when u stop your internal dialogue (thoughts) u can easier axept the feelings and get on with your life (of the moment) . when u lose self importance u don't even think about how bad things are , u even take bad feelings with joy cos u have been given an opportunity to work more on losing your self importance .

stop internal dialogue : as thoughts appear in your head u deliberately stop them , forget them , and use all your senses to feel the moment

elma is so depressing...

last friday i finally found time to hoyla freefall again (last time it took 4h)
i was looking forward to beat that sucky rec
i started to play, on fourth attempt i made 12.33
i should have felt outstanding....but
i felt terrible
i was sitting on the bed, looking at the wall...and did nothing
i had been looking forward to hoyla 4 hours, but i made it so soon
after 2 hours i startes to play again and after ten minutes 12.33 again
but everything was lost
no motivation...
no applause, no acclaim
it was just me, sitting alone in the pub and drinking beer...

yeah, elma is sooo depressing
