why nobody bans berh anymore?

Post by Chris »

WHY?

You can create dozen of fake account place virus into rec file and no be banned, but if you say something in foreign language or insult someone and be banned for months or more. Where is logic?

Ofc ourse do not download rec from this battle unless you kopaka, because you don't deserve it.

Basically that. We could make it harder to create new accounts, payment, ask mod for rights on lauta/irc, whatever, but I'm 100% sure anything like that would costs us new players because they can't be bothered then. Or me and mila could waste all our time making stuff more secure and not having half the features we have now. I don't really know what a good solution is.

I also like berh because of the consistency and determination he possesses and utilizes in order to try to make a difference, even if only for a few hours.
At least he doesn't give up and keeps on exploiting the weaknesses of our beloved game and therefore forces our community (or rather the skilled programmers of our community) to improve the qualities and the security of this wonderful game and therefore plays a significant role in improving the security of the game and therefore also in helping us to capitalize on the potential share of the gaming market share this game might have in the future.

While it is true that berh points out some of the security holes EOL has, it is not acceptable. I don't even know if anyone is fixing any of the exploits he's using and that makes it even worse. However, berh itself is not the real problem, EOL is.
< roopemies> horror and frustrating and can't play, sounds just like you

seems to be just an exe renamed to rec which doesnt make any sense unless you rename your recs to exe and try to run them on a regular basis
worst case scenario international error
