programmatically upload lev?

Is there a way to programmatically upload a level? This would make it possible for third party websites to run cups and competitions and use eol's database. This could even be done simultaneously overlapping battles. Is there any way to do this?

What's needed is to be able to upload a level from an arbitrary domain to eol's server, and receive the level id in eol's database.

Pls.

The possibilities for this would be:
- to automatically upload a generated level at any time, and either compete it or edit such a lev for own use
- competitions like elma league and any other cups to be handled with more ease

There is an API, however it doesn't have that feature. Nor does it have the feature to start battles. The api thread is here:
