if it was lighter, it would be on ceiling, has to be equal density

Unless it's stuck in an inversion layer. Assuming killers are made with slightly different densities depending on where on the Y-axis you place them, they might be stuck between different air densities in the level. To explain inversion layers, see this beautiful pic I took of a sunset last year, and notice how smoke stays horizontal between two layers of slightly hotter and colder air. The reason why killers spin might be explained by air turbulence which stems from the kuski interfering with the level.

The point is that the driver makes an arm gesture in order to make the volt happen. In air, such a gesture wouldn't make the bike spin around. It would in water however, somewhat.

The perpetual spinning can be explained by the game being played in a vacuum. The bike will also spin perpetually and will not lose angular momentum or velocity to air resistance. The mystery is where the bike's rocket boosters are that allow it to modify its angular momentum while the kuski waves his hands around pointlessly.
