Introducing: THE BALL BOUNCE

Post by ArZeNiK »

Recently, I've found a Lousku video on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dywi1Eo8Rzg) in which he performs a pretty strange bounce on elmzuke, and I tried to reproducing it. As of this point, I've managed to reproduce it in over 50 replays (https://www.mediafire.com/?ou448c119ozi1xi https://www.mediafire.com/?57wilez2pmj1ilj), and I realized how special it is. So, I proudly present...BALLIKBOUNCIK!
My own definition: The bounce is produced when, with high speed, you land on an uphill and try to perform norm bounce(brake with first wheel on ground), but instead you squeeze into a ball and stop for a brief second and then blast into air.
What makes this bounce(bug?) so special is that every time it presents you with a random outcome, as seen in the replays above. Its negative part, however, is that in can only be performed in very few levels, those which have a speedbug(wheel squeezing), also the only one I found and played on it with sl is this one(elmzuke). So, the only advantage it has is that it looks cool imo.
What do you think?

All bounces are equal, but some bounces are more equal than others.

Good sharing and all but I believe you can't just introduce something that is really really old =)

And I would not even call this a trick, it's some random elma bike happening when braking in high speed, it's still a "normal" bounce, quite strong though!

Unibounce.

Actually this made me think. Every bounce is a unibounce, as in one wheel does the bouncing. Is it possible to do a bibounce (duobounce/twibounce/double bounce?) with both wheels at once (or in rapid succession)?

Hmm maybe that is what is happening here! Double wheel bounce! And that is why it is extra strong! OMG Ruben you are a genius!

Oh wow I should maybe have looked more closely at that rec before I spoke, that absolutely looks like a double bounce. Both wheels compressed into the middle of the bike.
