Working the same on all computers!

Post by Ramone »

Most important thing for a possible new elma would be that it would work exactly the same on all computers. With no possibility to tune. So that trix possibility is totally equal, then the rest I guess you´ll get used to. But if it´s still like all stuff outside elma affects it, it will suck. No more tuning.

don't think this is a very important thing...

btw. i think it's quite impossible to make it resistant against things like vsync or other graphic settings (like darm uses) and progs in background also affect other games

ramone, I really really couldn't agree more with you.
That if something, would at least make ME inspirated much more with internals.

The ability to tune is just this: shit.

I think it would be the best if elma worked the same on all computers, with the ability of tuning, just as bicycle pros can use different sort of wheels.

OMG, I think you're on to something good here! Like a workshop where you can set air pressure, tyre width, suspension power etc.

Anyone remember NASCAR Racing? :P

this is not so hard to fix. al you need is same render rate. so set a fixed rendering rate, like very low.
