When DMD got under 39, many though it was last minut brake, now Zweq got under 38 and even more think, it's last minut brake...

With the sick times they are still making, and improving, I think it's possible to make 36:xx:xx TT, but not 35:59:xx.

It took only about 10 months to go from when dmd got under 29 to Zweq got under 38.. It might take more than 10 months but...

Just checking in here to say that the WR TT is 37:22,85, which means that the TT that Abula predicted has been broken. Hopefully this will convince the skeptics once and for all. :)

under 37 is 100% possible.
under 36? possible, exactly like 37 was possible.

BTW - does the Warm Up record is here forever?

What do you think? At least 34 won't be ever reached. 35 won't be reached in 4 years but at least it's possible in theory according to my forecasts. Most likely Elma 2 or something else will stop the hoyling.

Update: 17. June 2007

i'm not a pro however i think like The_BoneLESS and milagros, that some of the shortest lev are not improvable more than a few 1/100 sec ex:
10. The Steppes 0:11,60 0:10,13 : maybe 11.25 but i really think that under this times some bug will be essential.
Even with save/load elma12.exe, without accepting insane bouces ( or other bugs ) under 36.30.** might be impossible to me.
However i hope the elma top scene will try to get it !

i checked lauta and i saw this topic.
Well, I agree with Zweq. absolutely agree.
When dz got under 40tt, EVERYONE (maybe exept 1 or 2 people) was 100% sure that 39mins is imp. Same thing with 38 and 37mins.
no one never believed that tt will go one more minute down, its not like when it was 40tt everyone knew that 37mins is ez. fill in the chart to understand my point :

2% believed that tt will go under 39mins - and it did.
2% believed that tt will go under 38mins - and it did.
2% believed that tt will go under 37mins - and its about to happen.
2% believed that tt will go under 36mins - ......

my point is that tt will go under 36, but we'll have to wait like 5-8 years for that.

about 34mins (i think i'm the first who talks about that minute ^^) , thats possible only if the definition of bounces will contain most of the possible bounces (like :everything exept sudden take-off or something). the future of elma is bounces and maybe left alovolt or something like that...

We could easily make a mathematic formula to check how possible it is.
