Yeah, well you should specify the reward when posting the challenge, otherwise this is the wrong topic for you.

There's a difference between adding some spice to the topic and being completely off-topic.

It appears that you have gone as far as calling other people names. It would further appear that your person is greatly damaged by this act of rebuking others. Further yet, it would appear that there is no way for you to undo the uncivilized acts of yours. Your reputation is now greatly diminished!

He probably saw their styles in EOL, then assumed someone else drove a rec with their styles?

$30 for the first person to do sub 4 minutes.
An additional $2 for every extra second below 4 minutes (this means if someone makes 3:58.28 and you later go on make 3:53.98 you get 5 * $2 = $10)

I'll start off with a slightly shoddy 3:57,28. Let's see if people are up for more shortcuts than that.

You can donate the bounty to EOL, as usual.

I seek you're advice for this reason. I would like to see le stellar recs contained in this thread.

I think I once suggested that Kopakik could make it so that it looks for the level from EOL database (and you could feed it whatever rec from url). But then again, I could probably make it to fetch the level from the EOL database on my own server too, if Kopaka not interested to make this thingy.

Wow, very nice rec. Like you said, there's still some room for improvement, but I never thought someone would get u4min that quickly. Very impressive!
I'll donate $36 in your name once I figure out how to donate in someone else's name (does anyone know?)

Goofu: try this (requires Java): http://trouvedec.free.fr/runreplay

ville_J: either of what you suggested would be kickass. I highly recommend making this feature so the crack addicts like I can be taken away by the beautiful recs. I would appreciate that feature at least.

Igge: thanks, it worked! Although I must say the biker is 1annoying to look at. I prefer the layout of Simple RecPlayer over this, except it doesn't have the same feature of uploading rec and lev file. But it's better than nothing!

Well yes indeed this was what I meant, and it would be the most convenient for Kopaka to make it on eol server where all the levels are stored anyways. And the clicky-thing can be made with userscripts which work on all good browsers (like the one I already made for mopolauta attachments).

I've donated $36 in Markku's name for getting 3:57,28 in Hoppsan4.lev. Remember there is still more money to be made by simply improving upon this time; $2 for every second.

Xarthok will you add it to the first post?)

ville_J: either of what you suggested would be kickass. I highly recommend making this feature so the crack addicts like I can be taken away by the beautiful recs. I would appreciate that feature at least.

This is now psy. http://elma.oktobia.org/srp/?recurl= now plays external recs too (if can find lev from eol db). This userscript adds teh links in mopolauta attachments: http://elma.oktobia.org/simplerecplayer.user.js
