head-to-head one-on-one battles

Post by ribot »

Hey boys and girls, i did a new competition here (beta-testing).

Please read the instructions carefully before you try this.

The idea is that you can meet one person in a one-on-one battle. You play in eol, but the system is not optimum user friendly yet (but kopaka seems to be making api for it to be easier later).

This is what you gotta do:
- use your and your opponents exact eol nicks
- after a battle is started, both you and your opponent need to confirm* the level
* to confirm the level means to test the level that it works in eol, and then it will automatically upload to the server. once it is on the server you go to the level's url on elmaonline.net, copy the url and paste it in h2h. only when both people have pasted the same exact url will the battle count.

Note that both players must finish the level for the battle to count.

Buggy standings (I haven't played 2 balles) and starting a balle is really tedious, but it has potential. This could be the platform for elma league, which absolutely needs to happen.
then again i don't know anything
maybe easier not to think abouut alöl things thought than not things thought ... or something..=?
