Risk Cup [CONCEPT]

Hello, AKB here with another concept for a cup.

In this cup, you receive points for finishing a level under a benchmark time and submitting.

Here's the catch: Only the first person to submit their rec under the time limit is the winner - not necessarily the best run.

And another factor: The longer you wait to submit, the higher the bounty gets. Each hour after the release of the level (or another integer) adds an extra point to the pool for the winner to collect.

The choice must be made once you finish under the benchmark: Should I submit and win small points certainly, or wait a while and possibly get a huge lead in points?

Just had this idea, hope some mans can make this happen!

Setting a good time limit will be the hard part. Either any skilled person can beat it in 10 mins or it may take hours and hours of hoyling and still they won't beat it.

Actually pretty unimpressive idea. After some time ppl would realize, that it is better to get fewer points before anyone else gets a chance too. So it would be pretty basic race for the quickest time under certain limit.
