Removing a time from an external level

I was playing pipo levels and i made 2 best times by not taking an apple (you know the bug)

I was wondering, how can you delete a time from an external level?

Wasn't there a program? like bug time remover ? or was it just for internals ?

anyway, any guidance would be nice.
