Internal Error on Startup; Help please :-D!

Post by Gecko »

Hello, and thank you for reading this post .

I've just bought the full version of Elastomania. I tried starting it up, but got an error about "Two internal errors, sorry!". Does anyone have any experience in fixing this error?

I've downloaded the latest DirectX Files, and already E-Mailed the author of Elastomania about it, upon recieving the Download Link for the game.

Thank you in advance !

eh, I think that balazs can't help you very much and isn't very eager to tell you what's wrong. Those error messages in elma are maybe the worst part of the game. They never tell which is the real reason.

First try http://paprika.moposite.com/info_help_faq.php

Probably the error comes from a file or directory you are missing (not probable if you have really bought the game)
Perhaps a wrong resolution? Do you have widescreen or something?
Are the files write-protected?
What operating system you have?

If it still doesn't work, try installing the version 1.2.

Well I did indeed buy the game; I've got it working on the other computer I have; one more question. Is there a tutorial on installing 1.2 because it's confusing for me :?.
