replay names

Post by milagros »

i think moposite replay names should be named like 01x1410.rec or something like that, not 01mopo.rec
it'll help with having moer different new and old mopo recs
there was some other idea to rename it to 01father.rec
any other opinions?

Give me longer filenames. Having time in the file is impossible. Level and time takes 7 chars so only one left. That would be m? Well at least mr uses m in it. Would be max messy.

One idea is to show time in format: 1:02,22 -> 6222, but then Lab Pro is not possible to do. Or Apple Harv over 1:40. Maybe then just drop out 100 mins thus 2:38,33 would be 5833 (158,33).

So the replays would be named 01pr1407.rec (Pr = Professional) and 01wr1407.rec, 01mu0767.rec etc?

mopo was nice and simple, but it clashes because i whane keep old ones

all your suggestions are good, but how about simply 01moponu ? or 01mopnew? then i could call old ones 01mopold

Should put the table number ... for example :

Table 1  01Mop001
Table 2  01Mop002
Table ? 01Mop???

That could be kinda simple wouldn't it ?

didnt want to make new topic for this, but when replays are updated, there should be a link to download all the new (updated) replays, otherwise you have to download all replays again or each individual new one

Some browsers / computers don't understand .rec so they must be in .zip. Yes, I agree, all the new ones could be in own packs. I think we will do so in the future.

why does it need the word mopo? should be driver if you really need a name. otherwise it can be mopo1,mopo2...mopoA,mopoB...
