why have any of thoose rules?? it gives sveinR more job to check the old polls, and its already to little nominations to the polls, and there wont be any more hat trickers now.

What hat trickers? Anyway, having the ability to be voted for KOM more than once is very welcome as good new nominees get harder to find.

Impossible with current system. That would require some kind of pre-poll who would actually be in the reall poll, because one person himself just cannot do that all.

i think when you are kuski of the month, you should have done something that month, since you can do more astonishing things than 1 each year, you should be able to become kom more that 1 time each 3 years.

now kom is more who is a cool kuski, who did some cool thing sometime, not exactly that month.

and being second in kom and going automaticly to the next poll is a kind thing, but i don't like it.
ok, you're maybe fucked when someone else did some sooler thing that month, but that can happen, so what? (is the same thing as improving a wr and somebody else did the same thing that week, then you're screwed too)
