sorry, it started to become a habit and most of the time, files have more than 300kb

I don't know if there's a time limit, but the size limit of all attachments is 1000 MiB. So since the limit of a single attachment is 300 KiB, the amount limit of attachments is at least about 3400. Currently 2 MiB space is used by attachments.
