when you are browsing the mopolauta and someone creates a new post will it show up automatically or do u have to press the refresh button before it will show up

You don't have to reload the page if you navigate with Mopolauta's own navigate links. But if you use browser's back and forward, the pages don't reload. This way for me at least.
