24 Hours Totaltime for all

In the 24hours TT contest on moposite it's only kuski's under 52mins that can paticipate in it, can't we other get permission to paticipate.
I would like to try it...

If you read the rules you would notice that limit is one hour, you need to have under one hour total time to get in this contest.

by simple, i meant not having multiple time limits, as you stated above.
as i think about it not having a peek on the rules, i can't find any reason for that.

dz, it is: If you have under 60 mins total time, and think you can get under 70 mins in 24h.

Anyway, I don't like this change...so-called n00bs could just motivate themselves to get under 50 quicker, instead of just wanting a thing like this that is on their level.
