768 MB Ram
NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200
CD RW/DVD Drives
Nice Basic Optical Mouse
Epson C42UX Printer
Speakers running through CD Player and Sub to get double bass, ehh
and a VGA box with 4 scart slots for consoles...I got PS2 and Cube going through monitor at the moment...
Ooh, maybe like 5 upgrades since then, but I think I still have most of those parts somewhere.

CPU: AMD Athlon 64 X2 dual core 5200+GHz
MBoard: ASRock ALiveNF7G-HD720p R5.0
RAM: 2GB DDR2
Video card: NVIDIA GeForce 7300 SE/7200 GS
Sound card: Creative Audigy 2 ZS (external) video editor, max bango speakers though
DVD: LG DVD-RW
HDD: Samsung 160GB SATA (split 75/75)
Monitor: Two 19 inchers.

Running Vista home premium. I have 500GB HDD on another, lower spec PC I have connected to my TV, that one has all downloaded House and Lost and stuff on there. The two are networked so I can download on this one, then send over to other one to watch stuff.

Razer is good but overpriced. The Logitech mouse is actually 39 pounds, price in the list is wrong. Also considering this one: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Sharkoon-Firegl ... 072&sr=1-3

Logitech is way better than Razer anyway. I have a g400, and it has never let me down. I have many friends who have at one point owned a razer mouse, and all of them have malfunctioned at some point (the mice, not the friends).

yes, that´s true, i too have heard from my friends that razers look beautiful and are pro gaming mouses (mice?), but all of them gone shit after few years of service. It is barely connected to those people by means that they are more clicking guys than anyone else. Pro gaming mouse must handle thousands of clicks. I was also wondering about this Steel-series

Nice rig, Xarthok. I actually just bought the same GPU as you did, I have an i7-920 based machine and thought that it'll surely be fast enough in the future. GPU is a simple swap and I get a massive boost in gaming performance and also get a chance to connect the pc to the A/V receiver easily. Needed a new monitor for bigger resolutions, so bought a SAMSUNG SyncMaster S27B350H as well.

I realised that my 3,5 mm jack for headphones is broken, only left channel is working. My guarantee is over, so no free-service. I tried to clear it, but didn´t help. I will try to open my notebook, but i fear doing stuff with my motherboard. I see the only way is to pay some service.
Any other possible solutions? Do you have some experience with this?

You're screwed! I had that too, and I was lucky to have free service. They replaced the whole motherboard (and it took them about 4 weeks).

Good luck! ;)

Yes I'll be sure to tape some pennies onto the mobo when it arrives, it's an essential feature.

It's cheaper to build yourself if you want quality parts without major performance bottlenecks. Like for instance who the fuck would buy a $1500 rig and risk it with a $30 no name PSU?
