also nice lookin' strips, but those fries look too greesy from teh picture. I'd definitely eat 'em, but maaan.

They look greasy, but they weren't. I let just a little oil on them so the salt sticks and they were pictured immediately after mixing them with salt, prolly that's why they're "shiny". :P

Made this earlier this year, was max good breakfast
4 pieces of french toast, two with bananas and two with strawberries, soaked in maple syrup and with a glass of ice cold milk. 8)

Olive oil fried bacon and cheese wrapped chicken steak with a side of eggs and creamy cottage cheese.

~10g carbs, 60g fat, 110g protein. Going Keto isn't that bad after all!

OMG that sounds horrible! You're completely ruining it with step 1. Also you need step 7) flambe with a flamthrower.

I made it almost exactly like THIS, but I didn't squeeze meat out of sausages (wtf recipe is that anyway), just bought 50/50 mix of pork and beef. Also I didn't use vine in the sauce and I added a lot of onion (yum yum, onion) in sauce, instead of into meatballz.
10/10 highly recommend

Madness' recipe with ketchup would also work, but sauce made from chopped tomatoes is the best.
