Kuski of January 2004

Post by SveinR »

Suggest questions and candidates.

axxu: He's fairly new to the scene, but is doing very well and improving his TT quickly (he made 44 TT in half a year). He was very good on the team Smile lev pack, and also very good on other external contests. He came in a very good 4th place in the total standings of King Cup, and had a 2nd place as his best result on a single event. Edit: He just got an ALP WR.

Ville_J: Together with MP, he made the most popular, by far, non-World Cup cup ever in Elma history. Everyone agrees that it was a great cup. Ville_J is amongst many regarded as one of the best level designers ever. His other levels in various contests at www.grafopoint.com are very popular as well.

SveinR: Jalli wanted this guy nominated, for what reason I am not sure. He is a moporator and the updater of the multi WR list. He sometimes slumps to some victories in battles on #battle, but has yet to make a good result in a mopobattle. His best elma playing achievement are a multi WR on Slalom ages ago, and a 7th place on WCup415.

TomCat: TomCat belongs to the mighty 39mins club, and he's the best Hungarian player (with 23 HRs). He finished 12th in WCup4, also there he was by far the best Hungarian. He's doing well in the Mopobattles, in 8th place with 19 battles played, 1 event victory, and 24.47 average. He came on a 6th place in the final standings of King Cup, and got 2nd on two events.

Know-How: Know-How came from nowhere (at first many people thought he was a famous player fakenicking), and took the Enigma WR. Later he showed up on the total time list with a very good TT (he became the second Russian to go under 40). He is without question an extremely talented player. Recently he also made his first appearance on the multi WR list, with two new WRs.

Did I forget something important about one of the candidates? Tell me in this thread or by PM.

Was it cast for the mass who burn and toil?
Or for the vultures who thirst for blood and oil?

I voted for TomCat. He is a really good guy - i know this poll shouldn't be only about this - , but this is a special occasion, because he just stopped playing, and it would be great to give this prize to him.

Or just because male cats are called toms (Hence Tom from Tom & Jerry being called 'Tom Cat')
I dream of a world where chickens can cross the road without their motives being questioned.
