Not really. I won't bother to dig up the thread where this is discussed right now; just check just about every KOM thread there is and you'll find a link.

Not really. He'd already had gotten the award 30 years back, so he couldn't get it now ;)

KOM is only loosely based around the particular months. Really its just to give a good kuski an award.
So even if John didnt do as much as Stini last month, he still deserves it because re rocks, and Stini will probably get it either next month or at some point...
