The declination of quality on mopolauta

Post by zworqy »

The last months the quality of mopolauta has been decreasing because of some idiots who are spewing their verbal puke over the forum.

Why are people doing this? Some of them were actually quite nice before but now they are morons.

Are the moporators allowing too much? Are the normal topics too boring? Is there not enough action on the forum without the worthless topics?

Discuss.

Ive noticed too, some ppl just find it funny to badmouth some other ppl, and make nopoint posts in random topics..

I think its a shame.

Let's face it, this game is losing its grip.........not alot of new players are emerging now and even when they do, we seem to shun them away with sarcasm....I think we need to promote new teams and members for the sake of elmas future....dead serious

The fact that scene is dieing is not really a reason for people to act mongo is it? And taking away the mongoness from mIRC would be a bad idea but im all in a baning everyone who acts the least mongoish(only for a short period of time) from lauta so that like next week or something just to see how fun lauta would be with strictly mature posts everywhere.

I haven't been here for too long but I have noticed that lately people are starting threads just to insult other people and some of them actually feature poor taste in jokes but I suppose since the ones offended are those that have to speak out on that.

I don't personnaly think that Mopolauta is that boring. There's definitly some good internal playing. One thing that i would love to see more often are news, long time no see...

In #across they will just have to live with it, that's how things is, but they (sierra, jaytea) could like leave this place alone and let the occasinal noob join the scene.

I simply don't agree! FP was original, EP was a criminal of wit. I'd like a good quantity of such characters more on here.

Get real! It was them who led this forum to mere anarchy. At least they have made their contribution into wasting lauta. And there were born alot of mongos who try (sometimes) to be like them, or to be FUNNIER than them. Though both suck hard imo.

I just dont like when ppl like 8-balliboy and the little american jayoteo call me nab.

My teori of these anger behavior, probaly it is the hard kind of music they listen on (ive seen np:). I only listen to swedish danceband, like Sven-Ingvars, they make me feel happy not depressed and shit like that. 8)

This topic is more relevant now than ever. God, the quality of posts has plummeted towards 0 while the quantity has actually gone up a little. I used to like lauta for what it was, even when there were only a couple of new posts per day. Those few posts still held some value to them at least. These days this forum is plain and utter crap. That's all there is. Crap.

Fuck you all for letting this happen.

There was an average of 2 posts a day before. 1 Good post, one spam post.

There is an average of ~25+ posts a day atm, still 50:50 on good posts to spam posts.

So no, i don't believe quality has gone down.

funny actually cause my feeling after a sabbatical is definitely that the rules are way more lax, I see lots of "lol" or ":P" type posts, and you can swear now, which is awesome :p

I think this happened after some board software update one time. I could always turn on censoring of words again :P
Was it cast for the mass who burn and toil?
Or for the vultures who thirst for blood and oil?
