Yes. Make a new level and save it with this name: "qwquu0xx" where "xx" is the number of the level. If you want to edit Apple Harvest for example, you should save the level with this name: qwquu054.lev
Once you have the level in the editor, in order to make changes, you'll have to rename the file name again, or else once you press play, the modifications you made will be gone.
