GOLIATH CUP

The short and nice winter hÃ¶ylÃ¤ cup of this year is: Goliath Cup. This cup consists of 6 events, where the last event will be a total time contest of the former 5 events. The levels are each of above average length, so for participation you need to be playing with belma with the extended 60 minutes replay function. If you are not sure wether you are using this version of belma, you can download it here.

The first event is up now (http://tj.shatefak.net/goliath/GLT101.lev), the deadline will be next wednesday at 20.00 CET. It's the same concept as a pipe level, if you don't manage to finish, the amount of apples make the score. For more detailed information, check the site. I hope you enjoy this cup!

PS. you may recognise some of these levels, as they've been Fish battles before. As these levels are awfully large, and never been hÃ¶yled by anyone before, noone will really have a great advantage.

the lev is really boring some parts (speed loopish areas) and really annoying at others (the smiley?!). if you wanted to make a playable long lev you should've made it nice and cruisable, not with random areas that people will drive into thinking 'i hope i get lucky and make it this time'. as a result i'm afraid you might've spent more time making the lev than people will spend playing it

I think this level isnt so bad that it looks like at the first glance. I've found some kind of styles for nearly all the annoying parts. Even the smiley is doable. The only part that is simply ununderstandable is the spot with five apples in a row below a hang. Or more like the landing after taking them! Gash!

Well, thing is, the first level is a kind of introduction to the longer kind of levels in this cup. The rest of these levels are far more unstylish and will not be as easy to finish. Goliath is not about cruising mindlessly, but trying as hard as possible to survive.

The first level might be too easy, yes.

First time i agree with Jaytea!

Played first lev, some parts was ok some really suxed! Second lev worst ever played.

Just can not just understand this "cup" why oooh why do levels by just clicking, no grass nothing that looks good, oh i did see a fish in this GLT102, amazing. How long did it take u to do this GLT102, like 10 minutes?

I just get so fucking angry.

I decided to replace event 3 & 4 with other newly made levels. Event 3 will be more cruisy (not shorter). I guess umiz will like that level more than this one.

UPDATED the site.

I decided to replace event 3 & 4 with other levels. These levels have been made last week, event 3 by me and event 4 by Igge. (Thanks Igge!

Event 6 has been changed too. Instead of just playing the previous 5 levels, you can play a new level aswell in event 6. The event will consist of two parts, 6A and 6B. For further details, check out the Rules page.

to clear a singel level is better then skipping apples, same should go for tt, if needed count total for same amount of apples.

This was my first idea, but then I had a good reason to abandon it. Problem is, I don't recall what that reason was.
