i ask to ban mathiasvan and cabemix for breaking rules:
- chatting all the time in spanish even if we ask to use eng (they are argentians)
- starting old levels (0lp and they dont even play current balle they started)
- insulting me (dont want to talk about this one, its personal)

I guess there are no written rules anywhere (no old balles, eng only etc.). They all should be in belma_readme so we wouldn't have to say them every time in chat...

Wait, first of all, maybe they are "argentinians" but not what u said. Check the dictionary plz.
Second, there isnt rules yet, someones talk in spanish, french, german, polish and blablabla.
And plz, dont come to complain here just because someone insulted you. We all here know that it happens every day in your life.

Anyway, are you sure they understand english at all? If you ask them in english to not speak spanish and such they might not understand. Most people tend to be reasonable when you tell them what not to do. But it's a good idea to have some simple rules written in readme or on http://zworqy.com/belma/ maybe. Will be writtten on site for new belma ofcourse, but that might still be a while.

naa, i am not that mongo. I am being honest. Often we blame the polish or germans for example, but we can see players of all the world talking in his own language. First the rules, then we can complain here or ban players if too much mongish.

Guys.., I will say to you all that I'm sorry for all things I've done. I realy regret it. I miss belma too much, the nice battle's, spectate and learn from others and much more. I just said wrong things to much because they are all better than me, im just a newbie and can't have it if anyone is better then me so i will sorry for that. I will ask to Unban me and if i ever do ONE thing wrong, you may ban me forever. I will make some rules for myself:

* I never may make any battles
* I never may do annoying to someone
* I never may call names, abuse

If i ever do something from this rules you may ban me forever.

those rules are not good. I don't know of your history but anyone should be allowed to speak his mind! Just think about what you are saying. Also, starting battles is one of the main thing about belma and anyone should be allowed to do it.
