Indeed, i would myself like to surprise too, i know the people in belma (just that moment) know that i took wr, but for raven write this news as fast as he can on both #across and lauta is nat especially cool. =(

It's perfectly clear what he means.

He obviously means that he thinks during the next year someone will make 19.89 on uphill, thus making a new wr (which is what this thread is all about). What he doesn't know is if it will be Jarkko (like usual) or someone else, hence the "by: ???"
