Skiing & Snowboarding

Post by pawq »

What do you prefer, Skis or Snowboard, your experiences, accidents, skills, everything about these winter sports. Why do you like them, why don't you like them, why have you chosen skis instead of snowboard and the other way round etc.

I like watching alpine skiing, new season has just started \o/. Prefer for watch slalom and giant slalom, also biathlon is max, sprint and pursuit diciplines.

Never skied myself :(

skiing is okay as long as you don't go to austria and ruin the environment there. It's insane how they chop down all the woods there in favor for tourism. Here in holland there are a lot of people who go skiiing or boarding in austria, czech etc., but it does have its effects on the environment.

I do snowboard, have my own board and everything. I have never tried alpine skiing but I think I'll buy twintips this season, looks so much fun.

you were close, correct would be:

I can't do either

neither is used in a different context, but means the same thing.

ez skiing.
