#279 (01.21.2008) - #293 (12.01.2008)

So, let's summarize the 2008th hoyl-yea!

There were 15 wr table updates.

25 internals were improved altogether.
The following levels were improved quite a few times - Labyrinth, Circuitous, Bounce Back, Zig-Zag, Freefall, Hang Tight - each 3 times.
The least number of updates (1 improvement each) were at Flat Track, Hi Flyer, The Steppes, Loop-de-Loop, Serpents Tale, Spiral, Hangman, Slalom, Precarious, Hooked, Apple Harvest.

TT got reduced by 8,37 seconds (From 35:57,19 down to 35:48,82)

The most improved levels:
1) Zig-Zag - 2,11
2) Labyrinth Pro - 1,38
3) Ramp Frenzy - 1,05
4) Bounce Back - 0,74
5) Double Trouble - 0,62

The least improved:
1) Hooked - 0,01

4) Flat Track, Hangman - 0,05
5) Bumpy Journey - 0,06
6) Freefall - 0,07
7) Labyrinth - 0,08

The oldest record that got beaten this year is Freefall, which stayed in the table since 30th of May, 2004 (#175 - #289)
The oldest record that still remains in the table is Enigma [since 30th of May, 2004 (#175)].

The most improved timewise table is #279:
1) #279 - 1,23
2) #290 - 1,10
3) #287 - 1,08
4) #285 - 1,00
5) #281 - 0,83

The least improved table is #292:
1) #292 - 0,11
2) #282 - 0,13
3) #284 - 0,28
4) #283 - 0,29
5) #286,#288 - 0,35

7 internals was updated In #290th table, and in that same table we have the most different players updated - 5 of them.
There were two tables with only one level updated:
1) #283 - WR by Kazan
2) #284 - WR by Zweq

3 tables (#279, #287, #290) gave us more than 1 second of improvement.
Interesting fact - there were only one table with an integer improvement, now we have two:
1) #123 - 8,00 (Updated 20 April 2003)
2) #285 - 1,00 (Updated 16 June 2008)

Zweq has got more WRs than anyone:
1) Zweq - 12 WR's in 12 levels
2) Kazan - 6 WR's in 4 levels

8 ) milagros - 2 WR's in 1 lev
9) Quinn - 1 WR
10) Bjorn - 1 WR
11) OtorK - 1 WR

Team WNO got more WRs than any other team:
1) WNO - 16 WR's in 15 levels
2) EPO - 8 WR's in 8 levels
3) p.w.t. - 6 WR's in 4 levels
4) 27 - 4 WR's in 2 levels
5) FM - 3 WR's in 1 level

7) ICE - 1 WR
8 ) WTC - 1 WR

4) talli - 1,11
5) Kazan - 0,86
6) Quinn - 0,30

9) milagros - 0,11
10) mr - 0,07
11) The Stig - 0,06
12) OtorK - 0,06
13) Jarkko - 0,01

More in-depth stats for that category: http://up.k10x.net/yffxeklthdxwj/279-293.txt

WR TT was nicely boosted by team WNO:
1) WNO - 3,53
2) 27 - 1,78
3) EPO - 1,36
4) p.w.t. - 0,86
5) GF - 0,30
6) EF - 0,23
7) SET - 0,11
8 ) FM - 0,07
9) ICE - 0,06
10) WTC - 0,06
11) NK - 0,01

2008 brought us few secondbreaks:
Serpents Tale - 52,xx --> 51,xx
Ramp Frenzy - 42,xx --> 41,xx
Circuitous - 22,xx --> 21,xx
Bounce Back - 50,xx --> 49,xx
Zig-Zag - 58,xx --> 55,xx
Labyrinth Pro - 2:16,xx --> 2:14,xx
Double Trouble - 1:23,xx --> 1:22,xx

Let's see the number WRs per person by the end of 2007 compared by their number of WRs by the end of 2008.
Player: WRs by the end of 2007 - WRs in the end of 2008
Zweq: 11 - 13

GF: 0 - 1
EF: 0 - 1
NK: 0 - 1
AC: 1 - 0
TP: 1 - 0
OoK!: 1 - 0

So, Raven has added +3 to his number of WRs (more than anyone), and team EPO has got +5. TorInge had lost lots of wrs - 6,
and the team ICE is the most WRlosing team this year - they've lost 5 records.

Gotta love random stats. ;D

But seriously, nice work. It was quite interesting, and nicely presented.

Noticed only one error: Bjorn is not in the 2007/2008 comparison list. But still, of course there are gonna a couple of errors when writing such a long and rather complex stats list.

Thanks.

Another error is that the oldest record that was beaten this year wasn´t Spiral, it was Freefall. Otherwise very nice...
