Probably the best Winery in the country, basically the only thing in the area that survived. It's twin winery the Domaine Chandon looks almost identical

the kinglake national park, this is the front atm i think, once it exits the national park again if it still has momentum and speed then it will hit the edge of suburbia where it is likely to destroy at least 3-5K more homes. this is my area.

a photo taken of the kinglake fire while it's in clear ground in the middle of kinglake national park.
this is the reason so many people died. at the start this cloud of smoke was travelling at 25 Kilometres every 4 minutes (300Km an hour) - once it got you, you could no longer see and then the fire took you.

The Kiewa valley, this fire has no resources on it atm as it is a more rural area than that threatened elsewhere.
