what's the reaction time on that monitor, at least those yber coal slim lcd monitors usually have reaction time something like 20ms which gives you a nice motion blur

Well, you can get Elma 1.2, and then use the "centered camera" option. Then only the bike will flip when u turn, that takes away a lot of blur.

if you have a flatscreen and so... it works differently, rigth? With updates and shit... it doesnt "redraw" all the time (I might be wrong) and then, how the hell can you disable Vsync?

If you cant disabble wsync for elma who the hell would buy that crap?

If I have understood it correctly, flat screens are updated just like normal screens, except that on a flat screen all the dots are always shining, whereas normal screens are made up by a single beam of light that paints the entire screen (line by line) XX times per second, where XX is the current Hz value.

A flat screen is also updated XX times/second, but the dots keep their colors until it is updated, but on a normal screen the dots are black for a fraction of a second between the updates.

Differences to low/medium fps:

Most significant difference is in brutaling. Due to the high fps, player is able to do a "slide" brutal, which is seen in the world record styles of uphill battle, hi-flyer and the steppes.
this is my problem, wheels just doesnt slide at all
i use fps limitor but seems it doesnt allow me to higher than 300 even if i set 999
i looked to monitor refreshing but i cant have anything else than 60Hz

could someone help me?

you have no problem. fps-limiter isn't supposed to do what you want.

well it's not even unlogical to think it's possible as fraps still shows your max fps even if fps limiter is set at 30, because milagros made some fancy code. for example fraps might show 800fps but elma works as if it was 30. but i guess it's impossible to have elma working in any fps despite the comp, without changing the elma code.

i have fps problem. i want to get awesome time in uphill and i understand i need high fps to make my wheel slide instead of grip to the ground.
but no matter what i try i just can't get it to run at more than 60 fps. i went to nvidia control and turned vsync off, still 60 fps.
i want to get over 200 fps. how do i achieve that?
btw i have a 9800gt video card, and a 22" widescreen lcd monitor.
