disagree. scene, when she was polishing bike and speaking on phone with Shia Lebeuf, is so vulgar, so it becomes brilliant

The Butterfly Effect 2 - 2/10
My god this movie sucked, espesially compared to the first one.

The Butterfly Effect 3 - 5/10
Improvement to the previous one on many aspects, but still far away from the first. Really wtf was the very end.

haha, kinda agree. She sure adds nothing to the movie but big bouncing breasts in slow motion on the big screen doesn't bother me! But i agree that i laughed so hard when she first appeared on screen fixing a super sport bike; seemed like it was taken from a girl/bike calendar.
i lolled so hard when i saw that, my date looked at me wierd :S

Public Enemies - 7/10
I had high expectations on this movie but it failed to live up to them, nevertheless a good production that will keep you entertained for over 2 hours.

Quite sick moviewatching Raven, don't forget to hoyl once in a while too ;o

Ordered Band of Brothers bluray-box 2 days ago. Paid 539kr for it. An hour ago I found the box on Amazon for about 300kr :X Then of course there's freight from UK but still cheaper in total - bummer. If it weren't for the fact I co-ordered with a friend to get free freight I would probably have cancelled order and bought the UK-edition, I can manage without swedish subs after all. So why this nonsense? Just want to shine some light on this awesome show, one of those I didn't even hesitate to put 10/10 on.

Band of Brothers, Watch it if you haven't!

Hoyled movie-watching really much lately.

Le fabuleux destin d’Amélie Poulain - 8/10
Really nice movie, enjoyed watching. I love the temper of Amelie, and the acting is really impressing. Oh, and the music by Yann Tiersen is one of the best soundtracks ever. Especially "Comptine d'un autre ete: L'apres midi"!

Brüno - 5/10
Was funny in the beginning but became more and more stupid in the end.

Big Fish - 9/10
Thx for the tip Boneless, one of the best movies I've seen in a while.

Not a bad movie but not a particularly good one either. Didn't like the mix of traditional animation with computer animation.

Butterfly Effect (2004): 9/10

Finally i watched it! :D Awesome movie.. Though someone other actor than Ashton Kutcher would've been better, because I haven't seen Ashton ever in 'serious' movies, only in comedies.. Really i think ashton fits much better to those funny comedies.. Though Ashton did good job and i can't complain really.

Fucking great storyline. Would have really got 10/10, but sometimes i felt quite anxious while few scenes.

I guess I'm little bit tired atm so this post doesn't make much sense :s GO WATCH THIS!

The Usual Suspects (1994) : 10/10
This movie totally blew me away! The story, the acting, the twists! There's just a perfect balance of everything. The movie is constructed around flashbacks narrated by Verbal (Kevin Spacey), the only survivor of a crime scene (destroyed boat and dead criminals). Well, no need to explain myself here; this movie is great. I would suggest it to everyone because it's that good!

AVP: Alien vs Predator (2004): 7/10
Started watching the movie on tv without knowing what i was watching until i saw that predator on his space ship. I have got to say that i somehow appreciated the movie. While not being real horror, it was a pretty good action-horror movie. The special effects were quite good for the aliens and i really found myself rooting for the predators (aliens are so vicious, predators are soldiers). So yeah, the ending was somehow surprising for me and the final 5 seconds of the movie really stunned me. As predictable as it was, i didn't see it coming at all.

Overall, a very good-average action-horror movie. I wouldn't buy it under any pretext but would suit perfectly for a short flight or some lost evening.

La pianiste (2001) - 7/10
Good movie, good actors, but became a bit too crazy in the end.

Cube 2: Hypercube (2002) - 7/10
I just stopped watching Hypercube and at the moment I am like what the FUCK. Actually the story was complete nonsense. The cube was four-dimensional this time. Also the traps are very science-fiction like and so on. I don't want to tell too much at this point. Actually it would've been okay if the first part was more a science fiction film too, but actually I think that the film is supposed to be more or less realistic, but the second one just isn't.
Furthermore the characters were almost the same. There was some very aggressive and strong man, one calm woman and then some intelligent and some handicapped people.
But still I can't give less than 7/10 points because I was perfectly entertained for 90 minutes. It's a really good and thrilling movie if you just switch off your brain.

I'm actually only reaching half point of the movie, and don't know if I'm even able to finish watching this.
Very nice idea but the acting and the charactes are so fucking horrible that I can't stand watching any of the people.
The only interesting guy died at the beginning of the movie (Rennes). I'm disappointed :(

Juno- 7/10
It's a nice movie. Juno was semi funny, not the average teenager which was refreshing. liked the music.

Little Miss Sunshine - 7/10
Overall a nice movie. I liked the dancing scene. Main thing i got from this film is that even though you can be totally different to someone else, but still be the same.

My Sister's Keeper - 7/10
Another decent movie, with some scenes that made people in the cinema shed tears. what i got from this movie: just how much having cancer would suck, how fortunate i am to not have anyone really close pass away, and just how scared i am of death. The thought that i may see a certain loved one every again depresses me.

Three "girly" movies :D and all 7s. All decent watches.

The Deer Hunter - 8/10
Almost put a 7. It was good all the way through but I didn't find the last quarter of the movie that gripping really. Great acting (what could you expect with such a cast?), good story, bad sound :/ This movie won an academy award for best sound among others, but I thought it was max uneven at times. When they were talking I heard shit but then there was some car driving and I was afraid of waking up neighbors 5 floors down. Solid moviemaking though.

Oh and what beautiful landscape when they were on their huntingtrips <3 It made me want to go on a roadtrip through the USA even more.

The Taking of Pelham 123 - 5/10
Seen this story a million times already. John Travolta never became Ryder, he was always John Travolta in a beanie. Then there was some illogical events totally exaggerated at times, the obviously sped up clips was "nice" too. Decent popcorn-action but nothing that will do any major impact on you.

Yesterday I ordered:
300 [bluray]
NASA's Greatest Missions [bluray]

300 has been on my whane-have-on-bluray-list for a long time, it's so visually beautiful, every frame could be saved as a framed pic to hang on the wall.

NASA's Greatest Missions just seems like a great show and I hope there is lots of nice HD-material. I do realize however that clips from the moon filmed in 1969 will always be clips from the moon filmed in 1969. I know they have brought IMAX-cams and shit to space more recently so I hope the last few discs in the box will be HD-worthy. If not, it will still be an interesting documentary I bet.

Tonight is very likely Nausicaä-night o/

Nausicaä of the Valley of the Wind - 6/10
Being quite generous, was almost putting a 5/10. Quite ok but at the same time not my cup of tea. Too dark for my taste.

My Studio Ghibli-votes now:
Nausicaä of the Valley of Wind - 6/10
My Neighbour Totoro - 7/10
Grave of the Fireflies - 10/10
Kiki's Delivery Service - 9/10
Porco Rosso - 8/10
Spirited Away - 8/10
Howl's Moving Castle - 7/10
Tales of the Earthsea - 7/10

Harry Potter and the half blood prince => 4/10

i'll be honest, 4/10 is being generous, i went into this movie with high hopes, there is so much detail in the book for plot and also tons of funny little things that can also be used (probably the best written book of all 7) and not only did they fail to put any detail to anything, they changed the plotline and removed the best fucking bit they could have had (a major huge-ass fightscene at the end)

on top of all that, after ripping the book into pieces, shitting on it's face and fucking it's corpse, they turned the whole catastrophe into one huge love story. The entire movie was made by fucking morons. they were lucky that they decided to make harry stoned for a portion of the movie, cause otherwise they may have given High school musical 3 a run for it's money for my lowest vote.

G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra => 8/10

wanted to put 7.5/10, but couldn't. Was an awesome action movie with some cool plotline capabilities, but it didn't go into enough depth with any of it. for instance, a bunch of the movie is based around the broken love of the main protagonist and his ex-lover-turned-bad-gay, who were scheduled to get married, but were driven apart by the death of her brother. Then at the end, the evil mastermind douchebag fuckhead reveals himself to be that exact same brother that was 'killed' and your all just like 'WHAT. THE. FUCK.'

regardless of the movie's tendencies to jump around into flashbacks, and occasional crazy ass scene changes like an awesome ninja fight scene one second, to watching some guy fall into an endless hole for 3 seconds, then back to the ninjas (erm... what?) it was pretty awesome. The Visual effects were ok, and the fighting scenes were just wicked (worth going to see for the cool ass ninjas) -> this movie features one of the most badass bad guys in... just... ever. Storm Shadow or w/e his name is.

anyways. cool movie, was so close to awesome but fucked it with stupid character development.

Watchmen (2009) - 8/10 - pretty cool, maybe a bit too long.
Knowing (2009) - 7/10 - seemed really nice... until the end which was like, "wat"
17 Again (2009) - 6/10 - not too boring but zac efron is annoying as hell
Road Trip: Beer Pong (2009) - 4/10 - had some moments but overall quite boring attempt to cash in on the franchise
"Skins" (2007) - 9/10 - watched 2 seasons, enjoying this a lot :3
