What is that patch that Hibernatus made and how do I get it?

IÂ´m curious what that patch is because many people talk about it and his nominated for Kuski of july for it, so can anyone explain what it does and how i can get it..thx...

Its called AloVolt and it was mabe by Hibernatus, with it you can define a key that presses "left rotate" and "right rotate" at the same time, so your AloVolt will be 100%, and some ppl have problems pressing 3keys(or something) at the same time so it helps them also. You can find the patch here:

There's no point in using the alovolt patch anymore if you have the 1.11hb patch.
