You must have some speed then press right or left (depending on wich way your driving of course) to lean back. Time so you have your backwheel pressured and then press brake.
Take a look at moporeplays: 07, 09, 17, 33, 35, 37, 47
Those replays shows some sort of bounce
It's very easy to do on a high-speed level like spiral. You just have to make your backwheel go under the bike and then press brake.
I find it impossible to imagine where the heck should u use a bounce in spiral
You know, that trick where you go up a curved wall on your back wheel and then bounce off? How do I do it!!!
In order to do a bounce you have to pressure wheel but be careful not to hit your head. I can do most of them , but not Lab Pro. And somehow I can't do Tunnel Terror bounce either

That has happened to me once too. I was driving in my train lev and when I tried to bounce up to the apple the backwheel shoot out from the screen and I died. But when I saw the replay it wasn't the same bug.
