alt + 168 168 = Ãž (can be used as :Ãž)

alt + 168 = Â¿

alt + 987 = █

the best trick i could give u is that:

click the Start Button, then Run... (of simply press WindowsKey-R)

type: charmap

then hit Enter or click OK

quite easy to just type /run charmap to your irc client..at least mirc allows /run command

yeah but on default configuration, the /run function is disabled, and anyway, it's not everyone who use mirc
