AFTER DAY 4.

1. Alma 75 GOLDEN SHOTS: [Algeria - Slovenia 0:1]
2. Berh 75
3. Wjelo 60
GOLDEN SHOTS:[Algeria - Slovenia 0:1]
4. Pawq 35
5. Lukazz 30
GOLDEN SHOTS: [Holland - Denmark 2:0]
6. Xiph 30
7. Fabio 10

As I said everyone underestimated an Asian country again and their discipline, although luck was also a meaningful factor. Italy sucks, same old and mongo as France, maybe some of us should have placed some draw there. Little amount of goals injected by Orange guys. That only proves morning matches suck.

Kinda true, I guess I wouldn't be able to resist and just ran to this guy and start punching him for this even if referee would totally ignore his dive (didn't claim he was fouled). Only a red for him would stop me.

Sorry Kopaka, I don't remember.

I had a discussion about diving with a friend of mine who plays football himself. He made me understand that as the referees in the current system simply can't see everything so clearly, it's most times beneficial to dive dramatically. Simplified: if it helps with the game, why not? This still doesn't make it right, as far as I understand what the words "unsportsmanlike" and "dishonest" mean. This problem is understandable without technology, but for fuck's sake, it's 2010! Why isn't there an official with access to all the camera footage? Viewers around the world can easily see what happens in each situation, but why can't the referees? No sense.

If you look good at that video you see that the player from paraquay stept on his backheel with his left foot... (his thirth step in this video)
In the replay/slowmotion you could see it more clearly. So it wasnt a schwalbe!!!

yeh, thanks, i knew it'd be tight and that slovakia would apply a goal but new zealand which made italy conceed THREE in a recent friendly (4:3) against poor, definitely not convincing slovakia (neither in qualifications, nor in friendles) would pull one back:) dont know why everyone was like slovakia super hero or what :) but i was lucky too, those who put 0-1, like you, dorTrus were so close :D

ye sometimes i think two leg matches are better, because the amount of goals scored actually matters, see champions league. but let's wait, second matches must be more open and the emotions will be around for sure.

AFTER DAY 6.

1. Berh 130 GOLDEN SHOTS: [New Zealand - Slovakia 1:1]
2. wjelo 100 GOLDEN SHOTS:[Algeria - Slovenia 0:1], [Honduras - Chile 0:1]
3. Alma 95 GOLDEN SHOTS: [Algeria - Slovenia 0:1]
4. Lukazz 70 GOLDEN SHOTS: [Holland - Denmark 2:0], [Honduras - Chile 0:1]

7. Fabio 30
8. dorTrus 10,
9. Lousq 10
10. FinMan 10
11. NozKey 10
12. Kopaka 10

And that's the end of the first matches. The second ones might differ, because the stake is rising! Teams will have to play more open football, maybe the bets will have to be different. Therefore I start new week from scratch. (in the end of course everything will be merged) Worth to notice Lukazz joined lazily but nailed 4th place easily because of his 2 pr0 guesses. That proves again it's worth to join at any time!

Let's give the chance to late joiners or just to who lacked of luck or just had to warm up during the first matches. This way the battle will be more interesting, nevertheless everything will be merged in the end.
