Flickering screen (only in elma)

so i'm trying to make a ride on ramones stupid lev on my sisters comp at my parent's. but the screen is flickering in elma. no other applications i've tried do it and i've tried obvious things as changing the resolution and fps, but am not getting anywhere.
has anyone tried something similar or have any suggestions on how to fix this?

I used to have same problem. See http://mopolauta.moposite.com/viewtopic ... 29#p180429 if you can fix it like I managed. (Turning vsync on probably fixes it too).
