Fried zucchini and red onions in olive oil plus tomatoes and black pepper. Then sister joingade kitchen, sliced some sweet potatoes, seasoned and fried them. Simpel and megadelicious.

My first meal done at my college. Scrambled eggs w/ sliced bread. Pretty surprised by myself. Edible. That´s fine.

Re: Cook-Off Challenge
Since you can't buy china boxes anywhere in my area I had to make it myself. Turned out surprisingly well, only the noodles were a bit dull.
Was a lot to clean up after though, with so many different things, wasn't easy either with just two hotplates.

Re: Cook-Off Challenge
Sheesh, I need to go to sleep really, but this topic makes my stomach wanna get up and eat something. Here some pics of the weird food I had over the past year:
A real dinner (does not happen often):
Liver of the pig, with some beans and other shit I always throw in and a salad with fennel (I actually learned that from ribot):
Eggs in a loop:
I never make cakes, this is a creation by my girlfriend. I like her carrot cake better though, this was heavy shit:
Often I get so hungry that I just buy lots of shit and eat it all. This is herring, beans 'n shit, I think with chicken hearts, and some old salad that was really on the edge of rotting away. But I hate throwing stuff away, so I always try to eat and check later on if it was a wise decision to make.
Often I eat two livers of a pig on fridays, but on any given day of the week I might have had a big lunch at work, and then I eat something small for dinner. Or salted popcorn, sometimes even two bowls. I always regret that afterwards. I think I have popcorn for dinner three to four times a month, always when I had a salad or much fruit/veggies earlier on that day.
Parboiled rice, that shit is wack man! Really good stuff, you can eat it without anything else and still rock your taste buds. Or combine it with beans, all kinds of beans, and avocado. When I work during the evening, I might bring carrots, peanuts and avocados along. My colleagues often call me like a famous Dutch gorilla named Bokito.
We eat a salad with or without anything else occasionally. Join it with rice, or with spare avocados, or with bread and garlic mayonaise. Salad can have all kinds of shit, lately I have been experimenting with raw beans from the can and lots of capers.
We made some really fancy vegetable spring rolls once. A lot of work, it was filled with mashed cashew nuts and that sort of stuff. Anything but healthy of course, I went for a very deep deep fry here. But who cares when the taste is superior?
And when all resources have gone, I make an omelette. This specific one didn't include eggs. I think it was parmezan cheese with flower, bread crums, that kind of shit. The stuff you come up with.
As you may have guessed from all the dishes I've shown here, I am a real bad cook, I just throw stuff in the oven/pan and see what happens. I can't really be bothered to check recipies and buy all the needed ingredients. You could say there's a pretty strong analogy between my cooking style and the way I used to make my famous Fish levels. Not a single clue, and sometimes seemingly too fucked up to stomach.
I guess that's why I never have any stomach problems or diarrhea - my digestive system has had some heavy training. So no problems there, except for that single time when I ate half a kilo of raw chicken livers, having cured it with lots of lemon juice, but neglecting the germs on the inside. I should've put those in the freezer first, but was too impatient and hungry... Two days of wasting away on the toilet bowl.

Re: Cook-Off Challenge
Hey Mawane, thanks for the feedback. We were thinking about subtitling some of the shows, but this a 100% spare time project and we always find more interesting things to do...
The "frozen" thing was actually a beet in a salt-shell: Use lots of salt and a little water to make a shell around the beet, then bake for 1-2 hours. The salt will get hard so you have to crack it with a a hammer (or your head). This way the aroma and good stuff stays inside. Tastes fantastic, only make sure to peel off the top layer, which is "a little salty"
