Only tip I can come up with is: pay attention to how you land in the double hole apples, if you look at wr rec for example there is a good reason why I land in the double hole the way I do.
If you analyze http://www.recsource.tv/r/baozfypqgv more closely you can see I pick left hole apple at 15.32 and right hole apple at 16.32 - a full second of gravity up before taking gravity down. I'd imagine if you reduce this 1s to 0.8s for example, the end is going to be harder to do.
I recommend practicing this lev in SL, as good train lev is tricky to build.
