I bought the new official version of elma, named Elasto Mania Remastered:
https://www.gog.com/game/elasto_mania
https://elastomania.com/
https://elastomania.com/pressrelease.html
It seems to be nice version! The gameplay was smooth. The new online leaderboards were quite empty... But let's see if we got pros there later
Nice to see Sla's levels also in the official version!
Also nice to see finally centered camera and minimap settings and alovolt button and pictures in background in official version.

Cool!
I wonder if the leaderboards are different for all platforms?

Re: Elasto Mania Remastered
think so yeah, at least PC is different
Re: Elasto Mania Remastered
I finished now the full game and got 100% of the achievements
My total times:
- Original levels: 53:16:52
- Tutorial levels: 00:25:03
- Stolen internals by Sla: 48:08:46
- Quick & Easy by Sla: 13:40:36
- Quick & Hard by Sla: 15:34:91
Good things:
- I enjoyed playing the Stolen Internals. The big zoom that this Elasto Mania Remastered has, was at the same time irritating and intriguing. It made the same feeling that I had back in first versions of Across and Elasto Mania: I didn't know where to go In EOL this rarely happens because the map is so big.
- The new graphics were good! I liked them a lot more than the old graphics. They also somehow reminded me of Across.
Bad things:
- Alovolt button sometimes triggers left volt! This happens randomly, like 2 or 3 times in an hour. Impossible to repeat on purpose but it always ruins the run. This single bug was the most irritating thing in the game and I have never experienced this in the previous versions of Elma or EOL so this is purely a Remastered bug. Please tell Kalmard about this. I had tabulator as alovolt and other keys are default. The bug always triggered left volt, never right volt.
- The game crashed a couple of times. The game just disappeared and I was suddenly back to desktop where GOG launcher was running normally. No error messages. This happened a lot more in internals than in externals. This wasn't a big thing because there were only short hoyla levels in the game. But I wouldn't try to play any long levels with this version (GOG Elasto Mania Remastered).
- There wasn't really any competition in any levels...
- The "hard" levels were not any harder than the easy levels...
I better stop playing this Remastered version now before I learn to avoid pressing the alovolt button (because of the bug)

Re: Elasto Mania Remastered
Is it possible to add console players to elmastats in a safe and cheatproof way, like 'stats.txt to state.dat' and then uploading those for verified accounts? We are a handful of players on PS4 who have been hoyling quite intensely since the release :)

I didn't try Elasto Mania Remastered yet but wrote some background text and instructions: https://archive.moposite.com/guide/elas ... 10-07.html
