hockey sux.
so big outfits, so high speed, so little and invisible ball+goal+field.
if the ball was like a little basketball, the goals like soccer goals and the field was like football field, that would be much cooler.

Hockey is ez the most entertaining sport to watch IMO. And hockey is for me a oppertunity to be social with my friends. I mean, like now when the World Cup has started me and my friends always meet, maybe take a sauna, drink some beers and watch hockey. So I say "Hockey is televiosion in it's best form" ;)

Not all movies though :P

But, damn I love those NES timeattackmovies :)

Well, enough of topic :P

Watching Sweden - Japan right now, score is 4 - 1 to sweden. I actually believed that this game would be a 2 number digit win for sweden like 11 - 1 or somethin but not :( But Sweden will win anyway :)

Ehh, hockey. Well, as a Norwegian, it is impossible for me to follow the dame puck around the field. Goes too fast and is too little. I guess one has to grow up in a "hockey country" to be able to watch this game properly. It's kind of weird though; Sweden and Finland being two of the world's top hockey teams, whereas the sport is pretty small in Norway..

Btw, hockey is latvian national sport, dudes play hockey in winter on almost every piece of water outta here :D As much as I have seen, Latvian team always has the most fans at the games and have sach best team spirit... There were 2 or 3 NHL players in a game vs Russia with like 10 NHL players a few years ago and we won 3:2 :D We have won USA many times and bla bla bla we own.

Slovakia has been the team that has crushed denmark hardest, so I voted for them...
But seriously I think they have played the best hockey so far.

But Sweden have a big advantage in this game. Since they beated U.S.A earlier they will have a kind of psycological advantage in this game. Let's just hope they don't underestimate U.S.A. After all, it happened before.
Hmm, anyone get a recall from OS? :?

why would I cheer for sweden?
I dont know the players, maybe they are all stupid scum. Maybe they are all imo retards. So, why would I cheer for sweden? If I knew them, and I knew they were nice guys, sure. But why cheer for them for the reason they live in sweden? Well... maybe it´s just me. Maybe the world is just bizarre. I am a part of the world. I am bizarre, so why not cheer for sweden then? Who needs to be rational. When you can cheer for sweden? Who needs love, when there is beer. Who needs girls, when there are loneliness. Who needs me, when they got themselfs. Who needs hockey, when there is me?
