I think his message implied that Karlis had made a wonderful achievement while having a TT not in the top10. It's either a big mistake to call Karlis a non top10 kuski, or just a fact you can base on the tt list. But it's wrong to validate one's skill by TT.
As you might know Karlis isn't exactly a TT höyler, so it's quite rude, but ofcourse not meant that way, by dynamo.
