Hoyling IRL is kinda mongo now, my toe's injured. It was 3AM and I kicked my brother with the left foot in utter crap style. I can't run/walk properly now.
The only thing left to do is höyl alcohol. again.

used to höyl javelin, or nat höyl but throwing teh every now and then, think I was 17 I threw 52m with 700g, havent thrown much since that

the best I've ever seen a Javelin thrown IRL is 54.84m with 800g, (17 yr old) so you're pretty good imo Zweq.

fuck, couldn't do high jump, stupid teacher.
but i did some hoyling basketball and hung off the rim (10ft) which is quite a good jump.

standing long jump- Stand still and from that standing position, jump as far as you can in front of you. The WR is 3.74m, I've got our school record.
and as for high-jump, I should be able to do some 1.95 this year. if not 2m

Cameron is about 1.75m tall, and jumped 1.83 (beat the record by 1cm)

Can't believe teh, just won district triplejump with 12.26m but I'm extremely unfit, and last year I got 10.80m at districts then 12.23m at states so I'm training up to got for 13.5m (prolly get my in the top three)
Good news! Sports teacher is filming our training session on tuesday so we can look at our techniques ect. Hope I can get teh off him.
