Probably forgot one or two rewatches, but you get the idea.

Ps. Yes, I'm serious.

Edit: Note that this list is for marathons only. I could add about 2 or 3 times for each season if you considered the fact that I watch every episode 2-3 times after it has been aired.

In the Shadow of the Moon - 9/10
What could be more interesting than hearing about the Apollo-missions from the astronauts who were in them? (Neil Armstrong wasn't in the film though :/ ). Just a great documentary, great interviews, beautiful footage (especially the colorfootage from the moon at around 3 quarters through the film, pretty sharp and everything). If you have even the slightest interest in the Apollo-program or spaceflight in general I recommend this documentary. You get to hear about these tiny details of information not generally known to the public, like what Buzz Aldrin did at the foot of the ladder or what heartrate John Young had at the 4.5G liftoff.

Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs (2009) - 8/10 - possibly funniest of the 3, imo :3 i don't speak wind 8D
Adventureland (2009) - 7/10 - totally not what I expected, but it was somehow nice
Dog Day Afternoon (1975) - 9/10 - maybe bestest bank robbery movie i've seen, pacino was amazing
Big Fish (2003) - 9/10 - very pleasant movie "=)
Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince (2009) - 6/10 - looked nice etc but it left out so much and even changed shit that I can't see how someone could follow it through without having read the books at least

Harry Potter movies are not at all comparable in any way with the books. I haven't seen the 6 yet, but I saw the five first and besides the two first that were kinda ok, everything was huge crap compared to the books.

i'll be honest, 4/10 is being generous, i went into this movie with high hopes, there is so much detail in the book for plot and also tons of funny little things that can also be used (probably the best written book of all 7) and not only did they fail to put any detail to anything, they changed the plotline and removed the best fucking bit they could have had (a major huge-ass fightscene at the end)

on top of all that, after ripping the book into pieces, shitting on it's face and fucking it's corpse, they turned the whole catastrophe into one huge love story. The entire movie was made by fucking morons. they were lucky that they decided to make harry stoned for a portion of the movie, cause otherwise they may have given High school musical 3 a run for it's money for my lowest vote.
-> Agree.

The Stuff (1985) : 7/10 (trailer)
Now that's what i call a great horror B-movie! Weird yummy goo erupts from the earth and is discovered by a couple of miners. They taste it and decide to market it because it tastes so good. Little do they know it takes over the brains of those who eat it, turning them into zombie-like creatures. The movie somehow reminded me of The Blob with a little inspiration from The Thing. The visual effects less impressive than in The Thing but sure are cool (at least amusing and kinda gory). The acting is forced and pathetic in most cases but it only increases the pleasure of watching that movie. To sum it up, it's what you should expect from a B-movie from the 80s and it's fun!

Are you eating it ...or is it eating you?

Ghost Busters - 6/10
A weak 6. The main characters and Rick Moranis were kinda funny, but all this Keymaster- and Gatekeeper-stuff was pretty tiresome and not that interesting. The movie started out promising but took a wrong turn near the middle imo.

NASA's Greatest Missions seems like a cool documentary but I've only watched the 2 first eps so far. The EVAs in the 2nd ep were max to look at.

Good to hear John, was definitly my next movie to see on the big screen.

Kill Bill: Vol. 1 (2003): 9.5/10
I know everyone knows about this movie so i won't bother explaining the storyline. It's a Tarantino movie so you somehow know what to expect. The visual style of the movie is awesome and very unique. It's very bloody and quite gory but it's done, in my opinion, in an elegant (and quite funny) manner; the blood just spills all over like a fountain. While Volume 1 does stay onto the surface of the story, it sure builds some great expectations for the second one.

Kill Bill: Vol. 2 (2004): 9.5/10
And Volume 2 sure delivers! While not being as bloody and violent as the first movie, it is awesome! As Tarantino describes it, Volume 2 is more of a Spaghetti-Western while the first one was more of an Eastern-Samurai movie. Kill Bill Vol 2 focuses on the story and the characters, which i appreciate deeply. Great dialogues, great characters, great action, great ending, great movie!

The Fog (2005): 5.4/10
Was not expecting anything good and that's exactly what i got. Was on television last night and had to watch it as it has the same plot as The Myst and i wanted to see if that was in any way better. Basically, there is a big cloud of fog coming towards an island and something in the fog kills people. While the storyline is stupid and senseless, the movie is somehow intriguing. Some scares are well done and the movie is quite straight to the point. I wouldn't recommend anyone to buy it nor rent it but it sure is an average entertainment therefore, catch it on tv.

kill bill vol. 2 is liek 9/10 (very good soundtrack; makes the movie shine) and vol. 1 about 6.5 out of that. The fact that vol. 2 follows vol. 1 makes 1 as good as it is. All in all I would rate kill bill 8.5/10

Kill Bill 1 - 9/10
Kill Bill 2 - 8/10

I don't remember I liked second movie that much, I have to see both again and possibly change the ratings.

EDIT: James Cameron's Avatar now has a trailer on Youtube. It looks like it might be worth a trip to Stockholm in december to see the 3D-version.

Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels - 9/10
such a classic movie that has everything. great story with awesome comedy and action. often does this with friends: snatch or lock stock? both awesome, and SO close. to me i think lock stock has a slightly better storyline, but snatch has better comedy with some classic quotes.

Casablanca - 7/10
strong 7. it's a nice movie no doubt. to me, rick should have never of accepted her back, whole time i just kept thinking she was a bitch. what i got the most out of this movie is just observing just how much people use to drink/smoke back then haha.

District 9 - 7/10
strong 7, close to 8. it's refreshing to see an original action movie these days. such sick of teenage action movies of now like transformers and GI Crap.

I don't want to give much away about the storyline, but basically a whole lot of aliens find themselves stranded in slums in South Africa for the past 20yrs. the audience starts to feel for the aliens, and even see the humans as the enemy.

I didn't expect what i got from this film. An original storyline, alot of swearing and a whole lot of gore sets it apart from the usually, crappy action movies we get today. expect District 10, and aslong as they can keep it consistant, it could become a great franchise.

my opinion of course, but i cant understand why people rate kill bill so highly, and i think Tarantino is overrated. Has made some decent movies, yeah. that being said though, i'm really looking foward to seeing Inglurious Basterds and HOPE it's as good as i've heard.

Just created an account to rate some of them movies.

Kill Bill vol. 1: 8/10
I never saw a Tarantino movie before, and it's not my type of all, but I kinda liked the wtf over-excessive caricatural violence and blood in fountains. Watched it with some 20 people at the residence of my college last night, was nice. I'll post here my votelist when I'll be finished with rating some movies I saw.

It was a good movie, but not as good as I expected it to be, mainly because it was a bit predictable at times. I liked the scenario itself really much, but I feel like they couldv'e taken it a step further. The extraordinary scenario drowned in the ordinary story so to say.

Guess the 9 gets some 7.5.

[●REC] (2007) - 8/10
Attention. This may contain spoilers.

Wow. Sick movie. Usually these B-horror-movies (and actually all horror movies) make me laugh and are very boring. I almost fell asleep when i saw The Ring, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre and The Hills Have Eyes for example. But this one was really thrilling. What starts with a normal documentation about the fire station becomes very fascinating and shocking from one moment to another. There were still some typical horror-movie sentences, that made me laugh a bit, but altogether this was a really good movie, I think the best horror movie I've ever seen. The only negative things about the movie are that I want to know more about this illness, I think the movie could be a little longer. And at some parts the camera work is a bit annoying, but just at the beginning of the real action. Later it becomes exciting and makes the movie so good.

When We Left Earth: The NASA Missions - 8/10
A nice documentary, although it's kinda shallow. In just 6 episodes they try to cover the American spaceflight-history from the beginning of the 60's to this date. Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin are both in this documentary (Neil was missing in In the Shadow of the Moon) but here Michael Collins is missing instead. It was interesting and I learnt a few things that I didn't know (like who tf Bruce McCandless is, we have all seen his picture), not to forget I got to see nice archive footage from Mercury-, Gemini-, Apollo- and Space Shuttle-missions.

Inglourious Basterds - 8/10
is a nice movie, probably the best of 2009, yeah. didn't expect it to be as graphic as it was. i love the idea that he 'changed' history and turned it into an entertaining, fictional story. brad pitt was brilliant once again, and was very funny at times, even just observing his character made me laugh. Landa (?) was brilliant too. DId you enjoy the ending? I personally thought it was a great way to end the movie, and left the cinema with a smirk on my face.

anyone else hate the mongos on imdb forums? i sure do, doesn't seem to stop me from revisting though.

Perfect Stranger (2007) - 7/10
The IMDb comunity doesn't seem to like this movie, but I think it's pretty nice. But I liked it more when I watched it for the first time one year ago.

Agree, I rewatched it yesterday and my vote of 10/10 is still standing. My mates wasn't as fond of it as I am, they thought it was too slow and had too long dialogues at times. I can understand that opinion if you expected a brutal killingorgy all the way through. But yeah fucking awesome fuck is a nice way of putting it.

Watched District 9 tonight. It is one of the better scifi-films I've seen and a quite impressive work of art considering the low budget they had (it's in flat aspect ratio and had no DTS-sound even). I found the first part of the movie somewhat out of place (it's made like a documentary). It's there to set the mood and give the background of the situation but to me it was just a transportation-track. Not at all a bad intro but not that good either (good moviemaking but not that entertaining really). Otherwise it was a great movie showing the worst of human nature. Sympathy here is definitely on the "prawn"-side. Not all that far from how me probably would react in this situation for real. 8/10

Top Gun - 7/10 ;p
Well, this was a rather positive surprise. It wasn't as cheesy as I thought, it was actually quite entertaining. And we all know that fighter jets are cool, right? In all, a nice 80's movie .

Rewatched The Dark Knight, and.. no. I mean, NO. IT'S AWESOME.

Watched Pineapple Express, was really funny, it was more than a stupid marijuana comedy, it really was funny. That fight scene in the other guy's house was awesome. I'll put a 7/10, it really surprised me. It's a strong one, imo, go rent it for laughs.
