sum rec: http://culino.kexik.net/files/farm/31yeash.rec
or

Culino, as 31yeash.rec shows the style can obviously be done, but as 31omg.rec shows if you try to do it fast you wont have enough speed (i think) for the squid.

Ok, some minor trick in Circuitous that could be faster... (really not sure though)

So, check the upper-left part trick (just before going down vertically)

http://www.mxb.dk/upload/Bone26.rec

I think that done better than in my rec, it could be quite good.

different expert system route - done by ramone and markku years ago
0,30 faster shelf life start - maybe even faster with some adjustement
some mongoing in tag start - not proven faster, just some mongoing I do in internals most of the time
0,5 faster style in new wave - nice but hard trick in already hard level, NOTE: to watch this replay merge with a real new wave rec (choose real lev rec first)
some 0,04 faster start style than wr - not very special ;S

got a lot more but some are too stupid / not done good

Hehe, I tried exactly the same styles (many must have tried that Tag style, I presume). It definitely has potential. At least t0r never started hoyling it when I introduced it to him.

When I invented the current Sink start I also came up with the one on your rec. I was trying all the different combinations I could come up with and it certainly was obvious that the start with a 'direct grip' would be the fastest one. However, I abandoned the style because it drastically decreased the success rate and therefore made the hoyling much tougher.

You seem to do the same kind of mongoing like I used to do. Obviously you do it better than I ever did even though I made some nice ones as well (Animal Farm, Gravity Ride and a couple of others).

Oh, Shelf Life start is very nice. I used to try some tricks there but never figured out anything.

WHOA! Hold up there cloud. I can clearly remember giving you my rec with that new start in it in #across one day because you said something like 'oh, new start to sink, coal'. I know memories can get distorted and stuff, but you gotta give credit where credit is due. Now I can't say whether or not someone had done that start before me and not given away recs, but everyone I gave the rec to at the time said it was new.

Are you talking about that sink start where you use alovolt? Please, you can barely call it a style, it's just a normal move you try to do where ever you see it fit

Exactly when did this happen because I don't remember such. I'm not saying it didn't happen but at least I don't remember it happening. Can you at least give an estimation of the possible time frame for this? I'm sure Abula, Karlis or someone who constantly hangs at #across must have got it logged.

I'm sure at least Zweq can verify when he got the new Sink start from us when we merged the teams? There was also this another style he got from us at the same time. The one with braking and a slight bounce at the end. Jeppe invented it.
