irc help

ok i havent been able to connect to anyserver for irc since late friday night, as far as im aware i havent changed any settings and its definatly on ircnet, i have tried every connection possible (i think) im sure that irc always connected me through port6666 but now it seems to be 6667 or 6662, 6668 and 6665
and i got eh stock standard version of irc

As far as I know, the standard irc port is 6667. But that's all I can help with, I'm an irc n00b myself.

BTW, if you can't connect to irc, then maybe you should change your location in the mopolauta-profile...

the same thing happens to me. mIRC is being mongo and i cant go on #across and its annoying

omg so ez, just retry all different servers your sure to connect to at least one server.

How do i make it say *[chux] slaps blah blah blah...?
I know i can right clikc on someones name ans slap!, but how do i make it say something else?

#Across and other elma channels should move to some other, and better network, like Quakenet.

For me, none of the Norwegian servers, or the Swedish, or Stealth, is working...So I use irc1.us.ircnet.net

there is the .seed server that most .au and .nz connect to, i dont know the actually address but ask me wen im home, i have been using those ircwebchat things at work and they are "ok"
