Hi guys..Im a norwegian!
I'm a kinda n00b in elma, but I "beat" the game twice, but I have never finnished ALL of the levels,..skipped 2-4 of them.
I have no good times,.since I have not beat all the lvls I guess my TT doesn't count. I have access to Internet every da on school, so I guess I'm gonna stay pretty active in this forum..,well i can't write any more now. I have class

its a very bad TT, but still - it counts.

tell us your skipped levels, we'll help you (probably labpro, AH, trix abound and maybe zig zag).

Yay, a nice "Hi! I am..." topic is what we needed. I mean, did any of us introduced ourselfs? we just walk in, and start to talk elma language. Eventually play elma, but hey, all in all, introducing of new ppl would be nice!

OMG I never introduced myself, how rude...

Im [chux], I just beat all the levels, Tricks Abound was hard...
my tt has slowly gone down from 1:10 to 51ish in just over two years
I speak dra elm0r language in real life sometimes, I always say 'Dame' to myself...I've stayed here for quite a long time, so its obviously quite a good place to talk about elma...umm...not sure

Hello, I am tijsjoris, but first i had the nick Flat Tracker. (still in lauta as you can see) I just started playing and so far I haven't improved much. I recently participated some in LOM, but I just suck as for levelmaking. I will come here in lauta as much as possible now to see all of the other guys who play elma, would be fun!

Just got under 1hour tt over a year ago, have like sucky 46:56:xx now.

my last level to complete was Apple Harvest.
the problem was, that I were already active in lauta before I completed this lev, so I learned to care about times (and most n00bs dont even know what is stats.txt when they're completing the game).
I just couldn't finish this lev in more than 6 mins! every time I had over 6 mins i just pressed Esc and tried again. if I wouldn't do that, of course i'd complete AH first run.
and as you know, first finish in AH under 6 mins isn't an ez mission.
but after weeks of hoyling, I gave up - and did 06:09,xx.
laterz I found an ez 4 mins style, and then came Juski with his styl0rz and ez 3 mins, and now I drove really sucky and slow run of 02:10 style, and got 02:36,xx.

I found Zig Zag and Trix really ez, but in this case the fact that I knew moposite and the scene was good, coz I watched replays and knew exactly what I have to do (yes, trix is a hard lev when you don't have a clue what to do).

Labpro is hard lev too for n00bs, but when you play it a lot, its the most useful level (helped me to break about 4-5 different minute-limits).

P.S. today i told my friend (total n00b, can't finish turnaround) what is pipe. he told me "if you'll make a lev with a huuuuge downhill (its very weird, all the n00bs like downhill levels) and then at the finish a cool pipe to reach the flower, that'd be sooo coool!!"
I made the level. my friend was shocked. "not a pipe like that! do it more wide!". anyway, finally he got the level he wanted - huge downhill, when at the end you have to rear a little bit for not touching the ceiling. ye, pipe...

P.S.2. my friend doesn't believe me that in the scene i'm considered as a very bad player and my levs are less than average.

Now I dont even have across anymore
I am about to get broadband
But since I dont think it will be healty for me I am still thinking it over
If I dont get it I might give away my computer cause I just use it for stupid stuff
I played elma for as long as it existed
I dont have any hoyla skills
But I can do a few hard tricks now and then
Which is boring cause they take too many tries
But its the only chance for a guy like me to get records, to play the levels no one likes
I have no gf irl, so I guess I need my computer (internet)
I have Beer in my fridge, so I guess I dont need my computer
I have doubts in my mind, so I dont know if I need a computer

I have never found out how to finnish the lvl..I never reach the flower! It's a big problem for moi. I think it was Zig-Zag though. I don't remember all the levelnames. I guess I just have to download the rec.

I'm a German guy living on the Baltic Sea in Rostock.
My TT is around an Hour(1h 5min 22sec 77,
and my english isn't very well, but I guess, all of you anderstand the frases I puzzle...

I am not lucky with my apple Harvest time: 8min 57secs xx
and everytime I try, I die after 3 min, and then I play that level no more that week

one of the hardest levels I think is Prolab...
I like Fruit in the Den, Quick Round, and Enduro
I'm imoressed by the pic of Karlis in the kuski Gallery!
I loved it so much, that it is now on my desktop!

Naah..I'm currently hÃ¶yling on that lvl. So it had to come!

Sometimes when I really get through that lvl(the way I'm trying to..), I feel so proud that I crash in the half-loop before the flower or the hallway where you really need to have good timing(right before you turn on the right. lol DON'T have to much rotating or too less rotating, or else you will bounce ur head either on the upper wall or the little cliff where you need ur head to flow right beneath. so you can rotate ur back wheel on the lower floor. screw my english!
I have hÃ¶yled on this lvl for weeks now. I will see if I can fix a good rec soon...

Actually I haven't finnished it that fast since then..I only get like 37's and 38's now so I guess it was lucky. I only have trouble with getting over the two killers. I have made it a couple of times but then I usually screw up in the next part after the turn.

That's my goal.. to make it a habit to have a perfect run all the time, that's the main reason why I hÃ¶ylÃ¤.
